All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original bill. We are not obligated to exchange or refund cut fabric or other products in original packaging unless there is a defect. Exchanges are limited to 15 days from the date of purchase and require a 15% re-stocking charge. At our discretion a credit note may be granted where no suitable exchange can be agreed.
